How do I apply for an available position?
Any available positions will be posted on our Search Careers page. If you would like to apply for a specific position, or you would like to submit an application for employment, visit our Apply page.
What is Schilling Inc.'s company culture like?
We focus on working hard, having fun and taking ownership of what we do. Together, we
create new ideas, services and products, ultimately forming bonds, friendships and building up a work family
that takes care of each other. This drives innovation, ingenuity and ultimately success for the entire
team.
Our goal is to ensure that our team members, at all of our locations, know that they matter to
us. Many of our benefit programs are aimed at supporting you and your loved ones through life's various
stages.
In 2014, a new incentive program was implemented that gave quarterly bonuses if quality and
production numbers, as well as attendance and personal accountability requirements were met.
A
comprehensive training program was finalized in 2015. As our newest team member, you will be trained within
our production process and given individual attention, allowing you to completely learn our products and
processes, ask questions and seek further training as needed.
How do I stay updated on opportunities at Schilling Inc.?

What are the steps of the recruiting process?
You would first submit your Application for Employment, your resume, and other
pertinent documents for review. You may then be contacted for an on-site interview. Following this screening
process, you may then be offered a position.
If you accept the career offer, you will be scheduled into
our Schilling University, Big Dreams training program. This training period is a hands-on, intensive
educational course intended to teach you the inner workings of our company.
Upon your graduation from
our training program, you will then be able to assimilate into your specific position within Schilling Inc.
How can I check on the status of my application?
Our Human Resources manager will contact you with information regarding your next step in the recruitment process. You may also call into our Human Resources department to check your status or if any new positions have been posted.
How should I dress for my interviews?
We encourage you to dress professionally.
Do I have to compose a cover letter?
To apply for a position, you must submit an Application for Employment form (found on our Apply page) and a resume. Any further documents you may want to submit are optional.
